www.catalanfilms.cat is an Internet domain owned by the Consorci Catalan Films & TV, with registered address in the city of Barcelona (Spain), at Carrer Mestre Nicolau, 23, ent. (08021), holding National Tax Identification Code Number G 64094451, and incorporated by virtue of resolution CLT/3113/2005 of 24 October (DOGC 4505 OF 8 NOVEMBER 2005) (hereinafter, Catalan Films & TV).
With this website Catalan Films & TV aims to publicize information on its services and activities, and to foster the promotion of events and information of interest associated with the audiovisual sector.
1.- GENERAL TERMS AND THEIR ACCEPTANCE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of services of the www.catalanfilms.cat website, which Catalan Films & TV makes available to the User. The mere use of the website attributes the condition of User of the website and implies the User's full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions.
